She grew up on a farm, where her love for nature was born.
Roberta has been a pioneer in sustainable investing since her early career. She was an investor for over a decade with Generation Investment Management, including being part of the early team that launched its climate-led investment arm, Just Climate.
During this time, she has been a key part of initiatives to advance the fiends of climate impact accounting and investing in systems change, including as Co-Chair of the Deep Transitions’ global investors group and part of the Steering Committee of Project FRAME. She started her career as an investment banker in the Basic Materials team at Morgan Stanley.
She executed $1.4 Bn in sustainable investments, with notable transactions including Meva Energy, Stegra (fka H2 Green Steel), Infinitum, Ovo Energy, Notpla, FNZ.

Kate is an experienced business builder and operator. She combines business scale up expertise alongside strong regulatory and policy experience, across core sectors in Radia’s investment strategy, including energy transition and transportation.
Kate brings unique commercial and policy experience from roles at Tesla, where she led the development and commercial roll-out of Nth-of-a kind C&I battery storage for grid services, and the Governor of New York’s office, where she co-founded the NY Green Bank ($1 Bn AUM) and initiated and led electricity market restructuring for State of New York.
At Radia, she is responsible for platform building and overseeing firm set-up, portfolio value creation, including providing commercial and policy support and corporate connections to portfolio companies.

Daniela Alarcón is an impact investment professional with deep expertise in climate technology, sustainability, and industrial decarbonization. She has worked across impact assessment, carbon strategy, and technical due diligence—integrating frameworks such as EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and GHG Protocol into investment decisions. Her background includes roles at Wallbox, Voiz, and the IFC-aligned Sage Experience, where she now serves on the board. She earned her MBA in Sustainability from IE Business School, completing part of the program at HEC Paris, and holds a BA in Biological Sciences from Rice University.

Alvaro is an experienced investment banker and corporate advisor, with a 20 years career including as Global Head of Building Materials at Morgan Stanley and Managing Partner of corporate advisory firm EDNAM Capital. He acted as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers around the globe and has advised on completed M&A and capital markets transactions totalling more than US$110 billion.
He sits on the Boards of Dangote Cement, Nordkalk, Grupo Estrella, Ciplan.

Alisa’s background combines investment and business development experience. She brings 6 years of investment across the mezzanine and project finance from international organisations like the International Finance Corporate (World Bank Group and the leading investor in emerging markets) Washington and Africa, but also 5 years in various leadership roles at technology scale-ups and listed corporations, mostly in the transportation industry - Bringg, Fretlink and Sprinklr out of Paris - where she drove multimillion-euro sales pipelines and expansion strategies.
She started her career in M&A at Morgan Stanley in London and worked in Hong Kong at Société Générale covering Asian markets. A graduate of the LSE and ESCP Europe, Alisa speaks six languages.

Ana Raviña Eirín is a seasoned finance and development professional with over a decade of experience across investment banking, impact investing, and climate finance. She served as Associate Director at ISF Advisors, where she led strategy and financial advisory for public and philanthropic investors, designing innovative investment vehicles and blended finance solutions across emerging markets. Ana has previously worked with the Cabinet of Christiana Figueres on climate finance initiatives and held investment roles at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Morgan Stanley.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University, an MSc in Management from HEC Paris, and degrees from ESADE Business School, speaks five languages and has worked in over a dozen countries.
