Roberta has been a pioneer in sustainable investing since her early career. She was an investor for over a decade with Generation Investment Management, including being part of the early team that launched its climate-led investment arm, Just Climate.
During this time, she has been a key part of initiatives to advance the fiends of climate impact accounting and investing in systems change, including as Co-Chair of the Deep Transitions’ global investors group and part of the Steering Committee of Project FRAME. She started her career as an investment banker in the Basic Materials team at Morgan Stanley.
She executed $1.4 Bn in sustainable investments, with notable transactions including Meva Energy, Stegra (fka H2 Green Steel), Infinitum, Ovo Energy, Notpla, FNZ.

Alvaro is an experienced investment banker and corporate advisor, with a 20 years career including as Global Head of Building Materials at Morgan Stanley and Managing Partner of corporate advisory firm EDNAM Capital. He acted as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers around the globe and has advised on completed M&A and capital markets transactions totalling more than US$110 billion.
He sits on the Boards of Dangote Cement, Nordkalk, Grupo Estrella, Ciplan.

Esteban is a seasoned investor, with a 25 years investing career in firms such as Generation Investment Management, Three Hills, Indigo Capital and Barclays.
His investment background spans across the capital structure, from credit to preferred equity. He also brings significant portfolio management and board experience, including leading complex restructurings.
He executed $400 mln in sustainable investments, with notable transactions including Zenobe Energy, Hispatec, Anesco, Environmental Services Group, Direct Health.

Kate has always believed the future is already here - it’s just not evenly distributed. Her career has focused on closing that gap, helping transformative technologies scale across sectors, systems, and countries. After working in multiple countries - and visiting her share of boiler rooms, substations, and factories - she’s never been more convinced of that truth and devotes her time to pulling that stronger, smarter, healthier future forward for everyone.
Kate is an experienced business builder and operator who combines scale-up expertise with deep regulatory and policy acumen across Radia’s core sectors, including energy and transportation.
She brings unique commercial and policy experience from roles at Tesla, where she led the development and roll-out of first-of-a-kind C&I battery storage projects, and in the New York Governor’s Office, where she co-founded the NY Green Bank ($1B AUM) and initiated electricity market reform for the State of New York.
At Radia, Kate oversees firm operations and leads the growth platform, which provides portfolio companies with strategic commercial, policy, and partnership support to accelerate scale and impact.

Daniela Alarcón is an impact investment professional with deep expertise in climate technology, sustainability, and industrial decarbonization. She has worked across impact assessment, carbon strategy, and technical due diligence—integrating frameworks such as EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and GHG Protocol into investment decisions. Her background includes roles at Wallbox, Voiz, and the IFC-aligned Sage Experience, where she now serves on the board. She earned her MBA in Sustainability from IE Business School, completing part of the program at HEC Paris, and holds an undergraduate degree from Rice University.
